Summary: One of the biggest problems with this property was the lack of air conditioning. There was air coming out of the air condition and we said at least four times to the front desk that the air conditioner wasn’t working all they kept saying was close all the windows so sensors don’t trip and Configure it to 19°C. I told them hundred times that this has already been done and the temperature wouldn’t move below 27°C as per my own little temperature gauge that I carry. Otherwise the hotel is a very convenient location right across the train station in about 25 minutes from Zürich Hauptbahnhof. It’s also three minutes away by the same tram in the other direction from a very big mall with a lot of food options. This was a very bad experience in 35° heat outside and no air conditioning inside.

Summary: The property was nice and clean however it was not located in the city center and that was disappointing, especially because I was taking a quick trip and wanted to get a quick compact Zurich experience. There was one restaurant across the street but the area was not vibrant. Snacks were available at a convenience store a short walk away but that's all.
